I owed some property, and gave it to my parents. 3 months later lost my job, and fell behind on bills. Now be sued after 11 months.
Can they take this property away from my parents. If I legally wasn’t behind, and had no plan to do fraud. I also owe back taxes which the state wants. Doesn’t the state come first.
Wasn’t home when they tried to serve me. What will happen next if they can’t serve me.

Watch out for this company. They wait just until teh statute of limitation are set to run out, while they are adding on fees, and then they file an action to receover. Deal wiht them, I filed bankruptcy rather than dealig with all my creditors. Better to get off to a fresh start.

We are currently taking Brachfeld & Associates aka Meridian Management Solutions to task for their violation of the FDCA and have filed a lawsuit in San Luis Obispo Superior Court.
