I made a deal and when I found our I was not credited for a $50 payment tried for 4 days to contact the office. No REPONSE. I finially called my bank who researched the firm and took over the complaint after going to GOOGLE and reading about how the firm was not conducting their business in good faith. They told me it sounded like fraud and told me what to to do, which was to turn it over to them. They said don’t be surprised if I got a call the next day, which I did and when I told of the mistake in what they were takintg out of my bank account was I feel lied to.

I really don’t know what to do. The amount they said she owed was way over what she actually crarged, I believe she said she only used the card 1 or 2 times for small amounts and never used it again when she began to get outragious penalties. She requested a detailed account but was never given one – just made to cry, I honestly tried to make it right but I was also cheated. I am following what my bank said to do and turned it over to them.

How can a company get away with that kind of actions? What else can I do – and they did actually make her physical condition worse and has her scarred to death and as I stated – she is 73 years old and very ill. I just don’t understand why when you try to do the right thing with them they still are not honest. I am disabled myself with an incurable bone desease along with complications but was still willing to do what I thought was right.

I am also a minister and I am praying that they change how the act and treat people right. There is a general Law of the Universe that evens out a persons dishonest actions and you do not know how it will occur but in some area it will even out the actions. Don’t mean to preach but right is right and wrong is wrong.
