An attorney colleague of mine emailed me last night with the news which just broke yesterday.  I have some personal knowledge of these dirt bags because they tried to victimize one of my clients. I used the demand for validation letter which I offer you gratis on  this blog (upper right side). They failed to validate.  Subsequently, I referred my client to attorney Sarah Poriss who sued them on behalf of my client and won.

If you go to to the upper right side of this page and opt in with your name and email it will be yours with no strings.  Whether you know it or not this is your first line of defense against debt collectors who have no problem filing fictitious papers in the hope  that you will not appear or know what to do before they get a quick default judgment on you.  These suits are clogging the civil court dockets in most states.
