If you receive any communication from a debt collector firm operating under the name of Frederick Goldstein & Zoe be forewarned. These people are the lowest form of sewer filth of septic waste that you can imagine. I kid you not. There is no hyperbole or fantasy here. I have been receiving numerous comments to my blog and emails asking me who “Frederick Goldstein & Zoe” is. My friends you really do not want to know these people.
You need to learn how to defend yourself and not ignore the phone calls or letters you receive. Ignoring debt collectors could be fatal to your financial health. They will sue you if you cower or do not take the initiative and attack. You should at least purchase my self help system and learn the ropes. “I have also recieved calls from Frederick, Goldstein and Zoe. They have called my ex husband and his mother and threated them with having me arrested, papers to be delivered at their work and lawsuits. I contacted them and requested an address to send a letter and they refused to give me an address, e-mail and then were rude to me. How can I find out an address to send a certified letter if they refuse to give me one? I called them back after they hung up on me and still could not get a supervisor. They are calling ex-relatives and I never had the bill that they referenced. Now they are calling my work and threatening my employees who answer the phone.”

These people called my Dad’s last week, and my dad referred their number to me. The lady that filed the law suit, same exact story here. I have 3 kids, and it scared me to death.
Fredericks Goldstein and Zoe have been closed down by Andrew Cuomo’s office so
I do not know how anyone from that firm could have called your father unless it is just
another scam. Ignore the calls and give the number to the police.
You have no idea what scum these people really are…. if you do happen to get a call tell that you want all proof from the origanal creditor for this debt, when you recieve this call the company and find out for yourself how much you really owe. these people are adding on to the bill basically making up a $ amt and trying to collect more mny from ppl than the bill is really worth!! they will try every scare tatick they can think of just to get you to pay… when you get a call take matters into your own hands and do you reaseach on your credit. pull your own credit report ever year so that you can know whats on it and whats not, also be aware of the stature of limitations in your state. like i said these ppl are scum if they notice that there is a dbtr that is out of stat they will still try and make you pay with all their bullsh*t talk offs, saying that even though it might be out of stat it will still remain on your credit report and all the companies that pull that report will show up an inquires on your report, and if a you go to a bank to get a loan that they will tell you no b/c of the debt from years ago.this does have some truth to it, but when its out of stat you usually are just fine. also be careful on the information that you give them and what you say when your on the phone even the # that you call from, everything is documented, and they will use anything agenst you that they can. they do not have the power to take you to court so dont let them try and tell you that. by law they have to send you any and all information of the debt before collecting on it.
