Stop The Calls Fast

You do not have to be a convicted felon to be like Tobias Boyland. Tobias Boylands come in all shapes, sizes and yes they can wear Armani and other nice labels. From my previous post you know that after getting out of jail he decided on the career path of going into the collection business. His buddy Omar from Fredericks, Goldstein and Zoe did the same thing but I am not sure if Omar was ever in jail. Anyway they are both out of business now thanks for Andrew Cuomo’s office.

My point is that the debt collection industry is replete with people like Tobias and Omar. I am not talking about sleazy backroom operations. I am talking about publicly traded companies whose sole business is to purchase old, out of statute debt try to collect on it and if unsuccessful with the harassing phone calls, letters etc., then to sue you. When they sue you they pull all kinds of tricks such as serving the complaints at addresses they know are old or no good or saying you were served when you really were not.

When it comes to court appearances by the plaintiff a lot of them are so cagey that they pay attorneys so much per case just to stand there and say “plaintiff here” when they know that statistics prove that you will not be there which will give them a free pass for a default judgment against you.

From what is written above I think it is clear that you need to know how to defend yourself against these criminals which is all they are. And consumers who are ignorant or unaware of their rights are their prey. I am talking about 100′s of thousands of lawsuits in the pipeline most of which end up as default judgments in favor of the plaintiffs. Why am I telling you all this? I am a real straight shooter which means I don’t beat around the bush. Sure I want you to invest in my self help system but that choice is up to you. I feel my product is superior to what my competition offers both free or for a charge….does not matter. I don’t know anyone else offering unlimited email support.  The bottom line is you need to know how to defend yourself against illegal or ethical behavior on the part of  unscrupulous debt collectors.
